Dillon was raised in Harrisburg, a small town near Charlotte, North Carolina. Following his high school education, he relocated to Raleigh to attend North Carolina State University. At NC State, he pursued dual bachelor's degrees in Entrepreneurship and Accounting while also participating as a member of the university's football team. Inspired by witnessing his family's financial struggles during the 2007-2009 financial crisis, Dillon embarked on a career as a Financial Advisor with the aspiration of assisting others in avoiding common financial pitfalls and guiding them towards financial prosperity.
In 2015, Dillon commenced his professional journey with Equitable, attracted by the firm's collaborative environment and comprehensive client service approach.
