Troy "Cole" Huskey grew up in Wilkesboro, NC and attended Robbinsville High School. He attended Appalachian State University for two years prior to transferring to Piedmont University in Demorest, GA to pursue his dream of playing college basketball. At Piedmont, he earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2019 and a master's degree of Business Administration in 2020 while playing basketball from 2017-2020.
Inspired by the leadership and success of his late father, he chose to pursue a career of helping, leading, and educating through the many great relationships that financial advising entails. Cole is known for his great work ethic, positive mindset, and outgoing personality. He was officially contracted with Equitable in the summer of 2021 and is excited for what the future holds with Oakbridge Financial Group.
Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, as well as playing golf and basketball.
