Daniel Paradise, CFP®

Founding Partner

Retirement Planning Specialist

In 2007, Dan began his career with Equitable Advisors in his home town of Buffalo.  Working his way up from an intern he began his practice just a short year later.  As his practice grew, helping families with their finances through small and manageable steps, Dan pursued an opportunity in the Raleigh branch of Equitable Advisors where he quickly became a leader in that community.

In 2012, Dan obtained the coveted Retirement Planning Specialist designation from the Wharton School of Business in Pennsylvania.

Shortly thereafter, as business was booming, Dan began hiring and developing junior financial professionals to help with his growth plans in Raleigh.  Through one financial professional at a time, Dan shared his talents and vision to be the number one team in the south with every member who joined his team.

Continuing to maintain and expand his education is important to Dan.  He obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional designation in 2018.  This certificate is awarded to those who have met CFP Board's initial and ongoing certification requirements and have agreed to adhere to CFP Board's Standards of Professional Conduct.

As Vice President his capacity includes taking on a leadership role at the branch level to facilitate that growth.  Three years after taking on this responsibility, his team elevated the ranks to top-10 in the nation for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent and has been amongst the best ever since.

The growth opportunities of the Raleigh market shows that there is no sign of stopping.  Dan's team continues to be in the top-5% in many categories of Advisor development and client satisfaction, which provides a foundation for our work with clients.

He does all this while being an involved husband and father with his wife Meaghan and sons Carter and Bennett.  Dan is also active in the MeFine Foundation, which dedicates time and money to families of critically ill children in his local community.

CFP® and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM are certification marks owned by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.  These marks are awarded to individuals who successfully complete the CFP Board's initial and ongoing certification requirements.
